Some clients reported this issue and we find out that in some cases the name/password combination you set during the install goes to be overwritten. I've made a new database to solve this problem. Here's the instruction:

1) Go to the download section and load the file "centrale_online.sql"

2) save the file centrale_online.sql to your computer

3) go in your PHPMyAdmin and delete the blogger tables

4) import the included file centrale_online.sql

5) now you can login the admin with:
    Name:        admin
    Password:   admin

6) after you logged in go to Users / Authors & Users and edit the admin

7) change at least the email and the password
